There are not many streams so please bring enough water.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAfter 20km we will emerge at Sham Tseng for a 7-11 stop, before heading back uphill for another 18km of mixed trail and road, via Tai Mo Shan kiosk to finish at Tsuen Wan. There are overnight minibuses from the finish point to Mongkok and Wanchai.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTotal 38km, option of dropping at Sham Tseng after 20km if you wish (express bus back).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAdequate water, trail shoes and headlamp are mandatory.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe will stop at intersections along the route to keep the group together.
