Achieve exceptional cooking precision

A trusty skillet is a kitchen essential, whether youโ€™re cooking at home or in the great outdoors. Plenty of chefs opt for traditional cast iron pans, but the problem is that theyโ€™re too heavy to move around easily. This beautiful carbon steel skillet offers similar cooking precision and responsiveness to cast iron, without the weight. The hand-blued finish and extended dark walnut handle ensures a sleek and professional look, without compromising on durability or performance. In fact, these skillets provide unmatched heat distribution, with a satisfying non-stick surface that just gets better over time.

    • Available in 9โ€ or 12โ€ diameter sizes
    • Carbon steel hand-blued finish (note that with proper care, the pan will become seasoned and blacken with use)
    • Develops a natural non-stick coating over time
    • Quick heating qualities and excellent, even temperature retention
    • Lightweight for easy handling and manoeuvrability
    • Durable removable walnut handle (can be unscrewed for cleaning or to enable use in the oven)
    • Suitable for indoor/outdoor cooking
    • Must be seasoned prior to first use
    • 9" Skillet:
      • Dimensions: 451 x 235 x 76 mm

    • 12" Skillet:

    • Similar to cast iron, carbon steel needs very little daily maintenance. Simply rinse, heat, and re-oil.
    • Gently clean the surface using warm water and a rag or brush with soft bristles. Do not use a steel scrubber to clean.
    • Dry the surface with a clean towel.
    • Place on stove top and turn heat to low to remove any remaining moisture.
    • Once fully dried, turn off heat and coat the surface evenly with a thin layer of olive oil, avocado oil, or other.
    • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Wipe down after use to prevent rust.
