UMARA Bar

U SALTY BAR is a juicy energy bar in the flavor Caramel/Peanut. Each bar is 50g and provides 35g of carbohydrates, 4g of protein and a whopping 0.8g of salt. We have focused extra on adapting this bar for longer distances / long sessions where you are out for more than 2 hours training/competing.

The amount of salt in the bar corresponds to the salt content you lose via 3.5dl of sweat. It is therefore a substantial amount of salt, which gives a clear saltiness that marries perfectly with the sweeter caramel flavor and the nutty peanut flavor. In this U BAR, we also baked in some rice crispies for a crunchier texture.

The texture with the MCT oil means that this bar, just like the other U BARS, stays soft even in the winter cold. U SALTY BAR is exactly like the other U BARS without a chocolate/yoghurt cover so you don't get the mess in the heat.

Gluten-Free U BAR  is an energy bar based on gluten-free oatmeal that provides a full 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would say, an optibar with its 1:0.8 composition between glucose and fructose and thus as kind to the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored with blueberries, which then also gives the dough and then the bar a slightly blue/purple color.

It is very soft in texture and ideal for you as an athlete as it stays soft and easy to chew even in colder weather. There is no chocolate/yoghurt blankets that melt and smudge during hot summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we include a thin layer of whole gluten-free oatmeal on the outside of the bar. It partly makes it look a little tastier, but it also does a lot for the texture, we're sure you'll love it ;)
